What are your strengths?

What are your STRENGTHS??  No, not your physical strengths silly!  Your gifts, what your good at, what is special about YOU?  God made each one of us UNIQUE!  We are ALL special!  God gave us our OWN special design...our own special gifts.   Why then, do we try and conform ourselves to the way others look or sound or dress?  Why do some of us have such low opinions of ourselves that we try to "be" like others.  

It upsets me to hear young people say things like "I can't do anything special like sing or act or model".    Do you think those are the only gifts that can come from God?   If your gifts are not that apparent to you, then spend some quiet with God, asking Him to reveal to you your path and the gifts He's given you.  Sometimes it's the gift of ministering to someone in need. It may be teaching or being a member of a team. Sometimes it's being a friend to someone that no one else will be friends with.  It could be public speaking or a knack to fix things or paint or draw.    

Even the way we look, we must LEARN to EMBRACE our GOD GIVEN BEAUTY!  You are special by just the way you look!  Remember, I said God made us each UNIQUE!  Just because you may not look like your favorite movie star doesn't mean you are not beautiful!  

Being a model 4 Christ....you must learn first to EMBRACE who you are and the way to do that is to SEEK Christ!  Spend time learning about who you are and how God made you special.

Be POSITIVE about your life!  You are what you make of it! Find your special gifts and your strengths today!  After all, God doesn't make mistakes and you are created in HIS image!  

Romans 12:6  -- "We all have different gifts, each of which came because of the grace God gave us."
