Draw near to God....

I feel closest to God sometimes in the warm sunlight....you know the feeling....a cool day...and just where the sun hits you and warms you all the way to the inside....it's quiet....quiet enough to hear God....I love these moments!  

My daughter shot this picture of me in my parents yard Thanksgiving day.  She is an amazing photographer and can see things so differently through the lens of a camera.  She knew the sun would hit my hair that way....I didn't...although I was hoping for a great picture...and when I saw it.....it reminded me of my God who loves me so!

" Draw near to God and He will draw near to you." 

Thank YOU GOD for drawing near to me.....in the smallest moments!

Don't forget to draw near to God today....just start with talking to him in prayer....draw near...

Simple hearted....

Psalm 116:5-6  "The Lord is gracious and righteous; our God is full of compassion.  The Lord protects the simple hearted; when I was in great need, he saved me!"

I am just so amazed at how much God loves me!  He loves you that much too!  I love the scripture in Psalms....it's so beautiful!  I especially love the scripture above....GRACIOUS, RIGHTEOUS, FULL OF COMPASSION!  There is no one else like this!  He protects the simple hearted....OH LORD....LET ME BE SIMPLE HEARTED!  I have been in GREAT NEED many times....trust me! AND...GOD ALWAYS see's me through.  There is much going on in the economy....but I am reminded, that God tells us not to worry in Matthew and here in Psalms, He says HE WILL PROTECT ME!  I am NOT worried....I will NOT limit my GOD!  I will trust HIM and will strive to be simple hearted...I praise your name ABBA FATHER!  Thank you for loving us all so much!

Jesus is the only way to the Father that leads to eternal life....JOHN 3:16  If you don't know Christ as your personal saviour ....Accept him today!  IT"S SO EASY....humbly asks for forgiveness of your sins and for Jesus to come in to your heart and save you.....then find a Christian, bible based church and seek the counseling there......Trust in HIM....and ask for BLESSINGS, FAVOR  and ABUNDANCE!  God Bless YOU!
